Orders
How do I know if the piñata is in stock?
Our site will not let your order get placed from an item that is out of stock. You will be notified if the quantity requested is not available. Also if the item is out of stock, you simply won’t be able to add it to your cart.

How do I check my order details?
After your receive your Order Confirmation and Order Number, you can check your order status by going to our Online Store page and click on the Order Status button. Enter your e-mail and password, and then click the “Continue” button.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Our system has been set up to process your order automatically. For that reason, you CANNOT make changes or cancel your order after you have completed the payment process. Please double-check all of your information and products before you pay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept payment via PayPal. However, PayPal has different payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and PayPal accounts. Besides you don’t necessarily need to have a PayPal account to complete your payment, and you don’t have to worry, your financial information is secure with PayPal.
