Shipping


When will my order ship?


All orders received before 3 pm on business days (Monday-Friday) are shipped within 24 hours after they are received. Exceptions might occur if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with your payment. Also please note that day in which order is shipped is not considered a day in transit.

How will my order be shipped?


You can choose the shipping method from our menu on the order page when you place your order. We offer FedEx Ground Home Delivery, Priority Overnight and Standard Overnight deliveries.

How long would it take for me to receive my piņata?


Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select. You can choose from our 3 shipping methods:

Ground shipping:
Takes from 2 to 8 business days to receive your order. (Normally it will arrive early, but itīs better to play it safe).
Priority Overnight: Next business day morning delivery.  Please consider the order processing time; it may take up to 24 hours.
Standard Overnight: Next business day afternoon delivery. Please consider the order processing time; it may take up to 24 hours.

How do I track my piņata?


After you receive your Order Confirmation and Order Number your will receive within the next 24 hours an e-mail from FedEx with your Tracking Number. You can track it directly from the FedEx page or you can go to our Order Status page and click on the FedEx logo link.

Do you ship Internationally?


Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded). We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Can I ship a piņata directly to a friend?


Of course, we will ship it directly to your friend for you. At the time you check out, select the Other Address option and fill the form with your friendīs information.
